1. Read the Care Label
Always check the care label first. Different fabrics and designs require different care methods.
2. Sort by Color and Fabric
Wash with like colors, and keep delicate items away from heavier fabrics.
3. Treat Stains Early
Apply stain remover or gentle detergent to any spots before washing.
4. Select the Right Washing Cycle
Choose a gentle or delicate cycle for delicate fabrics, and a regular cycle for more durable materials.
5. Use Mild Detergent
Use a gentle detergent appropriate for your fabric type. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals, particularly on delicate fabrics.
6. Wash in Cold Water
Cold water helps prevent shrinking and color fading while being gentler on fabrics.
7. Turn Garments Inside Out
Protect the outer surface and reduce friction by turning garments inside out before washing.
8. Handle Embellishments Carefully
Use a gentle cycle for items with embellishments or delicate details to minimize wear and tear.
9. Air Dry or Tumble Dry Low
Air dry by laying flat or hanging on a rack. If using a dryer, select the low heat setting to prevent shrinkage and fabric damage.
10. Iron or Steam As Needed
Following the care label instructions to avoid damaging the fabric.
ORDERS
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We understand that errors occur. Our highly automated fulfillment system enables rapid order processing, which limits our ability to modify orders. We have a very short window—usually within 1 hour of placing your order—to make changes or cancellations.
Contact us immediately if you need to make updates. Beyond this timeframe, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be modified. Processed orders cannot be changed or canceled.
If you notice an address error right after ordering, contact our customer support team as soon as possible. The faster you reach out, the more likely we can correct it before shipment.
If your order has already shipped or been processed, we are unable to make any changes. Please feel free to contact the courier if you wish to make any changes to your delivery address. Many carriers offer package redirection services for an additional fee, though this requires carrier approval.
To prevent future issues, please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order, including apartment numbers, street names, and postal/ZIP codes.
Occasionally, carriers will prematurely mark a package as delivered and the package may appear within the next few days. If your order hasn't shown up within 1-2 days of the delivery confirmation, here are a few steps you can take:
Verify Your Delivery Location: Confirm the shipping address on your order is correct. Sometimes, packages may be delivered to a neighbor, front desk, or a different location on your property.
Check for Delivery Notes: Check your tracking details for any notes from the carrier. They may have placed your package in a secure area or left it with a receptionist.
Contact the Shipping Carrier: Get in touch with the carrier shown in your tracking information. Share your tracking number and explain the situation. They can provide more details or open an investigation.
Contact Us: If you still can't locate your package, contact our customer support team with your order number and tracking details. We'll work with you to resolve this quickly.
File a Claim (If Needed): If the package remains missing, you may need to file a claim with the carrier. Our team can assist you with this process and provide any required documentation.
